Permanent Collections at Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art

The Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art has two distinctive collections. One is the "Western Art" collection with a strong emphasis on Jean-François Millet and the Barbizon School. The other is the collection of "Japanese Modern and Contemporary Art", which is focusing especially on the works associated with Yamanashi.

The exhibits are rotated four times a year along with the season.
